WARRANTY

Warranty Requests
All returns require a returned material authorization (RMA) number, which must appear on all communication about the returned item and on the outside of the shipping packaging. It is best to submit your warranty request through the Web site. To obtain an RMA number please fill out our online
Warranty Request Form on the right. If you do not get a quick (24-48 hours) response from the Web site, please call us at 505.345.4646

Return Policy
Penta Performance provides a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all our products. You can return your product for a full refund of the purchase price minus shipping costs, as long as you do so within the 30-day return period. The 30-day return period begins on the date of shipment. Penta Performance will not refund shipping costs. In addition, the customer must pay for the return shipping back to Penta Performance. All returns must be returned in "new" condition with all the original contents (i.e., cables, accessories, batteries, etc.). If the returns are not in "new" condition with all original contents, then they will be subject to a restocking fee (up to 100% of the purchase price). Warranty
Penta Performance warrants all our hardware products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase. If you discover a defect, Penta Performance will at its option repair or replace the product at no charge to you, provided you return it during the warranty period. Customer must pay for shipping to Penta Performance. Penta Performance will typically pay for ground shipping back to the customer, but is not obligated to do so.
